Rahul Kotwal
Rahul is the Founder and Managing Partner of Zerobridge. He is responsible for the overall strategy of the firm.

Prior to founding Zerobridge, Rahul was a Managing Director, and head of the Financing Solutions Group at UBS for APAC where he managed multi-billion dollar risk books for leveraged & acquisition finance, special situations and structured finance. During his career at UBS, Rahul has held numerous leadership roles in a variety of credit businesses including leveraged finance, distressed trading, special situations and principal credit in London, New York and Hong Kong.
Rahul is employed by Zerobridge Partners Asset Management Limited.
Stephen Hull
Stephen is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Zerobridge. He is responsible for all non-investment functions, including business development and fund raising.
Prior to joining Zerobridge, Stephen was a Managing Director and Head of Client Portfolio Solutions at BlackRock, where he oversaw the Asia-Pacific region’s contribution to a USD188 billion global investment solutions business. In this position, Stephen led a team of APAC investment professionals dedicated to solving portfolio construction, asset allocation and governance challenges for institutional and wealth management clients. He is a CFA Charter holder, holds the CAIA designation and has completed the Oxford Private Markets Investment Programme from Said Business School.

Sudeep Periwal
Sudeep is a Managing Director of Zerobridge. He is responsible for the Zerobridge Advisory business.
Prior to joining Zerobridge, Sudeep was Head of Private Debt and Portfolio Manager at Silverhorn Group, a Hong Kong-based investment manager, where he managed two Private Credit funds and led a team of three investment professionals. Prior to Silverhorn, Sudeep spent seven years at responsAbility, an M&G company that specialises in sustainable investments, in Mumbai and Hong Kong. Sudeep’s experience encompasses Asset-Backed Securitisation, CLO management, Emerging Asian Private Credit, Fintech Private Credit, and working with supranational institutions on syndicated EM Financial Credit
