LEADERSHIP

Rahul Kotwal

Rahul is the Founder and Managing Partner of Zerobridge. He is responsible for the overall strategy of the firm.

Prior to founding Zerobridge, Rahul was a Managing Director, and head of the Financing Solutions Group at UBS for APAC where he managed multi-billion dollar risk books for leveraged & acquisition finance, special situations and structured finance. During his career at UBS, Rahul has held numerous leadership roles in a variety of credit businesses including leveraged finance, distressed trading, special situations and principal credit in London, New York and Hong Kong.

Stephen Hull

Stephen is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Zerobridge. He is responsible for all non-investment functions, including business development and fund raising.

Prior to joining Zerobridge, Stephen was a Managing Director and Head of Client Portfolio Solutions at BlackRock, where he oversaw the Asia-Pacific region’s contribution to a USD188 billion global investment solutions business. In this position, Stephen led a team of APAC investment professionals dedicated to solving portfolio construction, asset allocation and governance challenges for institutional and wealth management clients. He is a CFA Charter holder, holds the CAIA designation and has completed the Oxford Private Markets Investment Programme from Said Business School.

Peter Han

Peter is a Partner at Zerobridge responsible for leading the investment and advisory activities of the firm.

Prior to joining Zerobridge, Peter was a Managing Director at Tanarra Credit Partners with responsibilities across both investments and fundraising. Peter has over 20 years of corporate finance and debt market experience. He previously held investment roles at PAG and Tor Investment Management where he focused on originating and executing private and public credit investments across Asia-Pacific. He began his career at UBS initially in M&A then special situations financing. Peter holds a Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
